I have problem in installing Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019

I have installed and downloaded Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 from 'ProPluse2019Retail.img' and I have the product key but when I enter the product I got this message.

This product key is for the volume - licensed version of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019, which is not currently installed. To use this product key, contact your administrator.

    You need to convert your retail edition to volume edition. Then you should be able to apply your volume license product key. Follow the following link to learn how to convert.

    Hi @Hala Helmi

    According to the name "'ProPluse2019Retail.img", it is the retail version of Office 2019.

    You key may be a MAK key that applied to volume licensed version of Office 2019.

    To download the volume licensed version of Office 2019, you need the ODT and configuration file (.xml). For more, please refer to article 'volume licensed version of Office 2019'.
