I am creating a disaster recovery plan that includes App services, Databricks, Data Factories, DNS resolver and forwarding rules, Key Vault plans, Network security groups, Private DNS/ Endpoints, SQL servers, public Ip addresses, route tables, ssh keys, storage accounts, and a virtual network. I understand how replicating and/or geo storing resources work but i wanted a little more help with these task. I need to understand how to be sure that i am doing the best plan for each resource. Any insight and or help would be appreciated.

The services you mentioned are all PaaS (Platform as a Service) offerings, and each one provides its own mechanisms for ensuring resiliency, such as zone redundancy, replication, and other features. To design a disaster recovery (DR) plan, you’ll need to review the documentation for each specific service and implement the appropriate strategies accordingly. However, for SQL Server, you can leverage Azure Site Recovery to facilitate disaster recovery for best practice.
