    This is the new Outlook.
    Please try using a Microsoft email address.
    Immersive Reader cannot be used with email addresses from other companies.

    Do you mean listen to messages read aloud in New Outlook?

    If so, please refer to the below steps:

    1. Select or open the message you want read aloud in new Outlook​​​​​​​ for Windows. 
    2. On the View tab, select Immersive Reader. The immersive reader opens, with large-format text. 
    3. At the bottom of the window, press the  Play button. 
    4. Next to the play button is a  Voice settings button, that allows you to change the playback speed and gender of the voice.
