Hello Farhad Soltani
Greetings!
I understand that you are encountering the issue when using your own VPN.
Our analysis shows that the NVA features are deployed correctly, and the IP forwarding feature is enabled in the VM, but the issue arises when you enable the VPN.
Please note that community members in Q&A may have expertise in Azure products, but the same cannot be said for third-party appliances. I suggest reaching out to the third-party community (Mikrotik) or support for detailed instructions on configuring the NVA.
And also check the below public documents for more understanding:
- Diagnostic settings in Azure Monitor
- Network virtual appliance issues in Azure
- Deploy highly available NVAs
- IP forwarding
I hope this has been helpful!
