The error in Microsoft Excel indicates that the data retrieval failed because the source database or table '2024_Claims_Captured 2' does not exist, has been renamed, or is inaccessible. To fix this, check if the data source is available and properly connected in Power Query Editor or Power Pivot, ensure the table name is correct, and refresh the data using Ctrl + Alt + F5. If the issue persists, verify database permissions, reconnect the data source, or recreate the query to restore access.
