A Service is a resource that helps you learn more about the products and focus areas relevant to your outcomes.

The Services Hub gives you access to Services.

What does the Services Section of Services Hub include?

The Services section of the Services Hub is the where you can access many of the benefits and resources of your support agreement. You can also find education and service recommendations that align with your goals and interests.

The Recommended section provides a list of services tailored to the interests you select in your profile.

What can I find in the Included filter of Services?

The Included section provides a list of all services included for you as part of your support agreement.

What can I find in the Catolog section of Services?

The Catalog section provides a list of all services available from Microsoft.

How many services can I consume?

You can request to consume or participate in any Microsoft service available to you. Check with your Microsoft representative about service eligibility.

How often is the Services Catalog updated?

The Services Catalog is refreshed daily.

Yes. As part of a support plan, you can create a training task and make your coworker the owner. This sends them an email notification, and they can launch the content directly from the Plan.

What's the difference between the Services section and Learning section of the Services Hub?

The Services section lists all Microsoft Services offered.

The Learning On-Demand section only displays learning education courses.
